Same-Day Dispatch

We make Same-day Dispatch for orders we received before 4:00pm, and we will ship the products next day for the rest orders. In rare cases we might take extra time to process some orders, we will contact our customers immediately if we are unable to process their order within 48 working hours.

Dispatch Location

We have our warehouses in USA, Canada, UK and China. Dispatch origin may vary depends on products availability in each warehouse and shipping costs from different locations.

Lead Time

We give lead-time estimation to each of product we sell. Customers can check “Availability” and “Out Of Stock Status” to obtain further information. We will e-mail our customers immediately with an updated lead time if the items they order are out of stock or can take a longer to ship.

Import Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any possible brokerages, duties or taxes customer's state, region, or country applies. But most of our customers in the US, UK and other EEC Countries do not have to pay any import duties and taxes if the products are available from our local warehouse. VAT may be applicable to some customers in accordance to local laws.

Couriers We Use

Our preferred carriers are DHL, UPS, FedEx, US Post Office (USPS), Royal Mail and Canada Post.

Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping to any orders that is more than US$300. Customers whose order value is lower than this limit may bear extra cost for shipping.

We offer 24-Hour Delivery Service in the UK, but the cost will be bared by the buyer. Please contact us for this service before you place an order.
