Return Policy

When you shop with CCTVCAMERADVRS.COM you can also take advantage of our 15-day hassle free return policy. Our policy is designed to allow us to continue to offer a high-level of customer service and support well beyond the ordering process.


Returns We Accept

Restocking fees will not be charged for the following items with a valid RMA number:

  1. DOA (Dead on Arrival) and/or damaged items
  2. Unopened items
  3. Opened items that have not be used and are in new condition (see Return Guidelines below)


Returns We Do NOT Accept

  1. Special order items
  2. Items returned without a valid RMA number
  3. Items that were received more than 15 days after its RMA number is issued
  4. Items that have been used and scratched;
  5. Items which packing boxes have been lost or damaged;
  6. Items claimed to be malfunctioned but prove to be working fine after our test


Request a RMA Number

Before returning your item we will provide you with an RMA number. You will need this number before shipping your product.

You can send an email to [email protected] to obtain the number. Once we receive your request we will make judgment on whether the problem you are experiencing is a technical error or it is because of improper operation. We will then reply to your e-mail with a RMA number or suggestion on how to solve the problem.

To help us speed up the processing time, please include the following information in your e-mail:

  1. Customer Name
  2. Invoice Number
  3. Serial Number which you can find on the label that is stick on the bottom of the product or on the packing box
  4. Problem Description

Please note our warehouse and RMA Treatment Office can be located in different addresses, so we strongly advise you to double check the RMA Treatment Office address in your region before you send return items to us.

Once RMA number is issued, it will only be valid for 15 days.


Return Guidelines

  1. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number, and if you return an item without an RMA, it will be returned unopened.
  2. All customers are responsible for freight charges associated with the return of products as well as the proper packaging of the items to avoid product damage during shipping.
  3. There must not be writing on any packaging.
  4. The item you are returning must be returned in the original packaging.
  5. All returned products must be clean and free of any usage marks.
  6. All components that came with your item must be returned as you received them including manuals, warranty cards, static bags, cables, etc.

If buyer does not require replacement, return credit will be issued to his/her account with CCTVCAMERADVRS.COM after inspection of the returned products. Alternatively, if buyer requires replacement, CCTVCAEMRADVRS.COM will bear all shipping cost to send the replacement to buyer’s designated address.

We strongly recommend the package you are returning is fully insured. We suggest you use a service that can provide “proof of delivery”. CCTVCAMERADVRS.COM will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
